The PhaseCam® 6100 is a compact and lightweight dynamic laser interferometer. Vibration-immune and only 13 inches in length, The PhaseCam 6100 features a high resolution 4MP sensor and motorized controls, making it ideal for long path measurements, remote mounting in measurement towers or pressure vessels, and other challenging environments.

The PhaseCam 6100 dynamic laser interferometer incorporates a high-speed optical phase sensor that makes wavefront measurements in as little as 30 microseconds—over 5000 times faster than a phase shifting interferometer. Such short acquisition time means the PhaseCam can be used in the noisiest environments, without vibration isolation or turbulence control. Applications include measurement of large, focal optical systems such as concave telescope mirrors and lens systems, as well as deformable mirrors and adaptive optics.

Numerous accessories and options are available including a 5-axis mount, low-reflectivity diverging lenses and beam expanders. A high-power 633nm external source for ESPI (Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) is also available

What is a Time of Flight Camera:

The Helios industrial camera detects 3D depth of objects. It features Sonys’s DeapthSence ToF sensor, along with 4 VCSEL laser diodes operating at 850nm.

The camera calculates depth data by measuring the time it takes for light emitted from diodes to reflect off objects in the scene and return to the sensor for each point of the image.

This design results in high accuracy of < 5 mm with a precision( standard deviation) of 2 mm at 1.0 m distance.

The Atlas industrial camera is designed for imaging applications requiring high bandwidth in a compact size.  The 5Gbase-T Ethernet interface is 5 times faster than Gigabit Ethernet, 50% faster than USB3.1 Gen1 and works with up to 100m of regular copper Ethernet cable. Atlas supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) that simplifies integration and reduces cost. The new Optotune ML-20-37 manually tunable lens is designed to have its lens curvature change between convex (+18 dpt), flat (0 dpt), and concave (-18dpt) through rotation of the outer adjustment ring. This allows for the focal length of the lens to be tuned to the precise value required for an optical application.

The 4D InSpec XL Surface Defect Gauge expands 4D Technology’s 4D InSpec product line—they’re the first handheld, precision instruments for 3D non-contact surface defect measurement. The 4D InSpec XL has a larger field of view and higher scan range. The features you measure can be up to 0.6″ x 0.6″ across. You still get micrometer-level resolution, portability, affordability and ease-of-use. It measures and reports in under a second. 4D InSpec XL puts high resolution metrology on the factory floor, in machine shops, on the flight-line, and in field-service’s hands. So you don’t have to wait for the metrology lab’s report.

A handheld 3D surface defect gauge

4D InSpec XL quantifies defects such as pits, scratches, nicks, dents and bumps, and measures features such as edge break, radii, rivet depth and dot peen depth, from 0.0002″ (5 microns) to 0.35″ (9 mm) deep/tall. 4D InSpec is far more repeatable and accurate than visual comparison techniques typically used for surface defect measurements. And unlike high-end metrology systems it is rugged, flexible and affordable, to measure a wide range of part geometries in the most challenging environments.
