Fast Steering Mirror

Optotune’s dual axis voice-coil mirror  (VCM) series MR-15-30 is the ideal choice for applications that require large deflections in a compact form factor. With a mirror size of 15mm the MR-15-30 achieves up to /- 25° mechanical tilt, which results in up to /- 50° optical deflection. The mirror includes a position feedback system which allows it to be accurately controlled with a standard PID controller.

MR-15-30

With a 15 mm mirror size and ±25° tilt angle in 2 axis the MR-15-30 hits the sweet spot for many applications that require a wide FOV paired with a mirror size that is larger than most MEMS mirrors. A robust voice-coil actuator and real-time optical feedback ensure precise, repeatable motion control. Paired with a camera, it enables FOV expansion.

FMR-20

With a 20×20 mm2 mirror size the FMR-20 offers precise beam control with a large clear aperture and fast response. Its compact design, high-power coatings, and ability to position a beam dump directly behind the mirror make it ideal for demanding applications like 2D wobbling.
