Precise lens centration and alignment are critical for maintaining the intended optical performance of lens systems.
OptiCentric® from TRIOPTICS is a high-precision system for lens centration testing, alignment, cementing and bonding. Depending on the configuration, the system can measure spherical, aspherical and cylindrical lenses and lens assemblies across UV, VIS and IR applications.
OptiCentric can measure parameters including translational displacement, lens tilt, surface tilt error, cementing error and aspherical axis tilt. For complex lens assemblies, the system can also determine the position and orientation of individual optical elements relative to a common reference axis.
With configurations offering measurement accuracy of up to 0.1 µm, OptiCentric is designed for demanding optical manufacturing and alignment applications.
