Description
Infinity Corrected Objectives
Infinity Corrected Objectives are used in a variety of imaging or laser focusing applications. Infinity Corrected Objectives are microscope objectives that focus at infinity. Infinity Corrected Objectives offer long working distances, along with the ability to place optical components such as optical lenses or optical filters into the optical path. When used in imaging applications, Infinity Corrected Objectives require a secondary lens to be placed in the optical path to focus the collected light from the specimen onto the sensor. In laser applications, a secondary lens is not needed
Finite Conjugate Objectives
Finite Conjugate Objectives are used in a variety of simple microscopy setups or for OEM integration. Finite Conjugate Objectives are microscope objectives that do not require a secondary lens to focus onto a specimen. Finite Conjugate Objectives are typically optimized for use in the visible spectrum. Focusing objectives typically contain about three lens elements, decreasing size and weight. These microscope objectives are less expensive alternatives to Infinite Conjugate Objectives for a wide range of commercial applications.
Reflective Objectives
Reflective Objectives are used in microscopy applications that require chromatic correction over broad spectral ranges. Reflective Objectives are microscope objectives that use two mirrors to form an image or focus a laser in a variety of imaging or laser applications. Reflective Objectives are high magnification solutions to applications in the ultraviolet, visible, or infrared. Reflective Objectives can also be coated for additional performance over a specific wavelength range or laser line.
