Description
The TriAngle Series.
The TriAngle electronic autocollimators are non-contact optical test tools for the high-precision measurement of angular displacements of specular reflective surfaces and the accurate angular alignment of optical or mechanical parts.
TriAngle autocollimators have a versatile modular design which allows them to be fitted with a wide selection of objective tubes, different sensors, reticles and light sources. With objective tubes of different focal lengths and apertures, the optimum measurement solution regarding angle resolution and measurement range is easily found.
TriAngle – Universal
The TriAngle electronic autocollimator is the standard and most universal instrument of the TriAngle series offering a maximum set of measurement functions.
The electronic autocollimators of the TriAngle UltraSpec series represent high-precision angle measurement systems for extremely high demands on angle resolution and measurement accuracy.
The TriAngle HighSpeed is the ideal electronic autocollimator for the angle measurement of vibrations or rapidly moving samples. A high-bandwidth position-sensitive photo detector guarantees angle measurement rates of up to 10 kHz.
The TriAngle Focus electronic autocollimator series is based on the standard TriAngle design but employs focusing objective tubes for the measurement of slightly spherical mirror surfaces or some other systems with optical power.
TriAngle NIR
The TriAngle NIR electronic autocollimators are based on the standard TriAngle design but employ NIR LED illumination for the reticle. The TriAngle NIR electronic autocollimators are commonly used for applications which require measurement at the design wavelength in the NIR.
TriAngle LASER is ideally suited for the measurement of small optical components, surfaces of low reflectivity or long distance measurements.
The TriAngle LF autocollimator has been designed for applications requiring a large measuring range without compromising the measurement accuracy and resolution. It comes with a specially calibrated large field sensor and optimized imaging optics.
Traditionally, autocollimators are limited to a very small measurement range of about 1° or less. Their strength is to measure small angular changes very accurately. In contrast the TriAngle VLF autocollimator has been designed for applications requiring a large measuring range without compromising the measurement accuracy and resolution.
The TriAngle Short is an electronic autocollimator that combines the higher accuracy of the TA 500-57 with the more compact and thermally stable design of the TA 300-57.
